My Responsibilities as an Employee
At times our guests may not take precautions as seriously as they should, making it even more important that we do.
We have a responsibility to keep them safe by modeling proper behavior on the mountain, on the lifts, and in the lodges.
Outside of our immediate families, we tend to spend most of our time with our co-workers. As such we have a responsibility to each other to do what we can to prevent the spread of COVID 19 and all other communicable diseases such as the flu and the common cold.
The preventative measures we take not only protect ourselves but also our co-workers.
On a daily basis we interact with hundreds and sometimes thousands of people or more in a day. Since we can only control our own actions, we have a responsibility to ourselves to do what we can to keep ourselves safe.
